AMA Private Client Dinner at the Peninsula, June 2021

On Wednesday the 23rd of June, Senior Partner Jon Holand and Managing Senior Partner James Colclough enjoyed hosting another world-class Private Client Dinner at the prestigious Peninsula Hotel.

The Peninsula is a thoroughly modern Art Deco masterpiece on the Bund, offering unparalleled service and the ultimate luxury experience. The Peninsula is the first new building on the Bund in the last few decades.

Our clients and guest were welcomed with a sparkling reception in the exclusive Rosamonde Aviation Lounge. Situated on the 14th floor, the exclusive lounge offers spectacular views of the glittering city skyline through floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the rooftop helipad. History and glamour come together in this unique setting that presents an impressive memorabilia collection celebrating aviation history.
Following the reception, our clients and guests moved into the dining area of the Aviation lounge to enjoy a four-course culinary event. The menu was perfectly crafted by the Executive Chef and paired with specially selected wines.

The evening’s culinary experience commenced with an Appetizer of Confit Artichoke with Fresh Tomato Sauce, Rocket Salad & Soft Cheese, the Soup, a Clam Chowder, Shellfish & Potato Ragout with Lobster Oil & Baby Greens. The star was the Entree, Roasted Beef Strip-loin, Black Truffle Orzo, with a Smoked Onion Jam & Red Wine Sauce. Our guests enjoyed a decadent Dessert, Chocolate Noir, with a Chocolate Crisp & Caramel Coffee Ice Cream to end the meal.

The evening came together perfectly, from the beautiful venue, the stunning views, the delectable food and faultless service from the team at the Peninsula. Our clients and guests thoroughly enjoyed the evening, making this Private Client Dinner a genuinely memorable experience.

We look forward to hosting our next Private Client Dinner soon.
