The evening started with our clients and guests enjoying a Champagne reception at the renowned CHAR Bar VIP area of the rooftop terrace bar, taking in the spectacular 270-degree panoramic views of the Huangpu River.
The star of the evening was the main course, a succulent Stockyard, Black Angus Grain Fed Australian Beef, served with roasted baby onions, mushrooms, bacon & parsley crumble, rocket, artichokes, aged balsamic toasted pine nuts, and CHAR sea salted steak chips. The meal was perfectly paired with wine specially selected by the Sommelier, a Char Private label Chardonnay and a Char private label Shiraz both from South Australia. The evening ended on a high note with CHAR’s signature dessert, a decadent Banana Cheesecake.
