Melinda Zheng grew up in Harbin in northeast China, where she studied English while at university. She began her professional career as a personal assistant within an apparel company, traveling to multiple European countries and throughout Asia.
Melinda began her time at Austen Morris Associates because she wanted to build upon her experience working in a Western environment.
Starting in the Austen Morris Associates Beijing front office, Melinda soon was appointed Office Manager. Melinda actively offered her assistance to various Associates and gained further experience working under Phil Morris, the Executive Director.
Melinda has now transitioned roles, undergoing rigorous and comprehensive training to join the Client Services team at the Shanghai office headquarters as an account manager, contributing to Austen Morris Associates’ unparalleled level of client satisfaction.
