Thank you to our guests who joined the Austen Morris Associates Private Client Wine Dinner in association with Cornhill Management at NAPA Wine Bar & Kitchen (South Bund 22) on November 25th 2015. The evening’s hosted by Austen Morris Associates Senior Partner, Mr Jon Holand
The event was a wonderful opportunity for us to welcome our clients and new friends to enjoy one of Shanghai’s most famous restaurants on the bund.  NAPA Wine Bar & Kitchen, formerly located in a villa on Jiangyin Lu, is a swank wine bar and restaurant which now resides at Bund 22. Chef Patrick Dang’s menu manages to integrate seemingly disparate elements while sidestepping any “fusion” cliches. They have designed a special three-course menu for the evening paired with Reserve de l’Herre, Colombard-Ugni Blanc, Cotes de Gascogne, France and Terras del Rei, Alentejo. Guest on the evening enjoyed each of the perfectly prepared courses, especially the White Valrhona Chocolate “Pillow” dessert.
