Thank you to all guests who joined us last night for our Private Client Wine Dinner at MADISON hosted by Austen Morris Associates in Shanghai on Wednesday 21st March. From the canapés to the home made lemon yoghurt ice cream, all guests were treated to some of the freshest and most delicious food paired with various wines from one of the most popular venues in town, MADISON. The chef and owner Austin Hu presented the meal which showcased his New American cuisine. From the cauliflower soup toped with caviar to the Chinese wagyu over green asparagus, baby leeks and sauce choron, he took us on a seasonal culinary adventure from the fall to the current in season ingredients of the spring. His menu concept, coupled with pro-active sourcing, diverse and dynamic wine pairings, and five star service without pretension provided an ideal atmosphere to meet new people, catch up with clients and learn about the latest funds.
All guests enjoyed the food, company and presentation and we look forward to hosting them again.
