We would like to thank guests who joined Austen Morris Associates and IP Global for a Private Client Dinner on Thursday February 16th at “your best friend’s home” the new Andaz Hotel in Shanghai, XinTianDi. Over forty guests were hosted by Senior Partners Wade Dawson and Erwin Verschueren, Partner Jon Holand, Senior Regional Associate Bill Longstreet and Property Investment Consultant Regan Richardson for an evening of good food, fine wine and the latest property investment information from one of Austen Morris’ Institutional Partners.
Executive Chef Jacqueline Qui and her team ensured that guests were treated to a sumptuous four course menu which included a Salade Niçoise paired with a Sauvignon Blanc, Bodegas Alina Emblema from Central Valley, Chile followed by a Double boiled chicken with wild yellow mushroom soup paired with a Pinotage, Nederburg, The Winemaker’s Reserve Western Cape, South African wine. Following the presentation from IP Global, guests enjoyed a main course of beef bourguignon, bacon, pearl onion mashed potato, red wine sauce which was complimented with a Cabernet Sauvignon / Syrah, Beringer California, USA. And to round the evening off, one of Hai Pai’s signature dishes, a delicious dessert of Vanilla Crème brûlée and Madeleines were served with tea and coffee.
Speakers of the evening included Tim Murphy of IP Global.
