Private Client Dinner at the Westin Chaoyang hosted by Austen Morris Associates

Thank you to all clients and guests who attended the Austen Morris Associates Private Client Dinner in Beijing on Thursday 14th June at the Westin Chaoyang Ballroom sponsored by Royal London 360 and Renaissance Asset Managers. Guests were treated to a sumptuous menu including canapés and wine followed by a duck cured foie gras slab, brioche french toast, confit duck, orange marmalade and bacon crisps. The next course was poached lobster coins, truffle potato salad, green beans, porcini mushrooms followed by veal parma wrapped, hearty beef ribs, grange bubble and squeak, plump prunes, confit shallots, black pudding and marrow gravy. Dessert included crisp poached pear, chocolate ganache, cherry glaze and pistachio crisp. Wines for the evening included a Moet Champagne, Cabernet Sauvignon “Rawson’s Retreat, Penfolds, Australia, and Chardonnay “Private Release”, Penfolds, Australia,
