Thank you to all our guests who attended the Austen Morris Associates Client Appreciation Dinner in association with Alquity Investment Management Ltd. at MADISON Restaurant on Wednesday, 27th February 2013.
The evening consisted of a wonderful five course meal with wine pairings at MADISON Restaurant. Guests enjoyed this seductive menu uniquely created by Chef and owner Austin Hu. His culinary legacy as a junior sous chef at NYC’s legendary Gramercy Tavernhas aided in crafting an almost exclusively China-bred menu of “Modern American” cuisine. We started off with a Kampachi Tartare paired with a 2009 Chapel Hill Vedelho, Mclaren Vale, Australia. The second course consisted of Golden Trout accompanied with Chinese celery, cilantro, bamboo shoots and a lively cucumber sauce paired with Ninth Island 2009, Chardonnay, Tasmania, Australia. The main attraction was smoked Chinese Wagyu Tenderloin with sweet sunchokes, bone marrow, and maitake
 paired with a 2009 Artadi Tempranillo from Rioja, Spain. For the finale, a white chocolate mocha cake was presented with homemade black currant and coconut ice cream.
