Most VALUED Team Member Award Winners 2013

Austen Morris Associates appreciates the work of its employees and their role in the company. Every session, one employee is recognized with “Most VALUED Team Member Awards.” The award recognizes the most outstanding employee that demonstrates the following qualities: very service oriented, assumes responsibility, looks for innovation, uses open communication, everyone counts, and supports team goals (VALUES). All associates, directors and staff are invited to anonymously vote for a staff member to be recognized.
The session one winner of 2013 was awarded to Senior Administrative Assistant Joy Zhang, who has been working at Austen Morris for over eight years. “I have enjoyed getting to know the international team” said Zhang. Session two winner, Kelly Olver, Global Client Services Manager, started at Austen Morris Associates over eight years ago as a Business Development Coordinator. She then became Executive Assistant to the Managing Senior Partner and is now responsible for ensuring that our team at Austen Morris Associates collectively provides clients with sound portfolio management, market advice, and superior customer service. Session three winner Operations Assistant Annie Hua, has been with Austen Morris Associates for six years and ensures that everything goes smoothly with meetings, events and in the office. Session four winner Operations Manager Matthew Arnold, has been at Austen Morris for seven years and says “the social culture with colleagues and clients makes AMA a fun and dynamic environment.” Session five winner Client Services Manager Quentin Debonnet, has been with Austen Morris for four years working with mostly French clients but also enjoys the international setting. Session six winner Business Development Coordinator Yogesh Bhambhani, has been with Austen Morris for five years and enjoys the team work and the positive office environment. “AMA feels like home, I love to meet people from different nationalities, exchange stories and share their experiences in the company,” said Bhambhani. All session winners have been incredibly valuable assets to the overall growth of the company.
