Maya’s own Chef Gabriella and drink pairing specialist Rob Jameson took the guests of Jon Holand, Jordan Morley, Owen Caterer and Brent Cowey through both an innovative and traditional four course meal at MAYA. The menu, created especially for Austen Morris Associates included Tuna Sashimi Crudo and Blackened Tuna Wonton Taco matched with Tio Pepe Sherry. Followed by Cape Cod Scallop and Crab croquettes paired with White Sangria and the highlight of the evening being the Roast Chicken en Mole Rojo with Beronia Spanish Red Wine. The evening ended with Rum Pineapple topped Tres Leches Cake and traditional Churros for dessert matched with Kahlua Café Lechero. All guests who attended enjoyed hearing about the techniques and homemade traditions continued at MAYA. It was a great opportunity to appreciate the Chef and enjoy the company of all cleints and guests whom attended.
