Austen Morris Associates is proud to announce the promotion of Kyle Drake to the position of Consultant. Kyle has always expressed a keen interest in the international trade and investment sector, he joined AMA Africa in 2017 as a Business Development Consultant, starting his career in the Financial Services industry with the long term goal of becoming a qualified Consultant. He quickly proved himself to be an extremely driven and hardworking individual who consistently meets his targets and is not afraid of a challenge.
Kyle was promoted to Senior Business Development Consultant within 18 months of joining AMA Africa; he excels in building strong client relationships and displays excellent leadership qualities. As a Senior Business Development Consultant, Kyle worked closely with the Business Development Manager and assisted in the training of new BDC recruits.
In 2020, Kyle was thrilled to be selected to complete the AMA Consultant training and mentorship program. Under the guidance of Founding Senior Partner, Greg Morris, Partner & Africa Regional Manager, Ian Edwards, and Senior Consultant, Nick Pitro, Kyle has completed the program. He will now start his career as Consultant with AMA while receiving ongoing support and leadership from our Senior Management and Consultant team.
