Austen Morris Associates is proud to announce the promotion of Joshua Swanepoel, to the position of Consultant.
Joshua has always had an interest in finance and business. In 2017, he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Science Degree from Monash University. Following the completion of his studies, Joshua wanted to pursue a career in Financial Services, with a focus on Wealth Management.
In January 2018, Joshua joined the AMA Africa team, as a Business Development Consultant. Joshua took on the role with great enthusiasm and was eager to learn and grow within the team.
Joshua is a self-starter; his drive and tenacity was palpable and quickly noticed by management. In 2019, Joshua was promoted to Senior Business Development Consultant, and regularly expressed his interest in growing further within AMA. In February 2019, he was given the opportunity to become a member of the AMA Africa Investment Committee and eagerly accepted. Through hard work and dedication, Josh achieved all of the targets set for him in 2019, and earlier this year he was selected to complete the AMA Consultant Training and Mentorship Program.
Under the guidance of Senior Founding Partner, Greg Morris, African Regional Manager & Partner, Ian Edwards and Senior Consultant, Nick Pitro, Joshua has completed the program. He will start his career as Consultant with AMA while receiving ongoing support and leadership from our Senior Management and Consultant team.
