Fond Farewell to Africa Regional Manager and Senior Partner Wade Dawson

Fond Farewell to Africa Regional Manager and Senior Partner Wade Dawson 1707 2560 AMA Team

A fond farewell from all of us at Austen Morris Associates to our Friend, Senior Partner, Shareholder, Africa Regional Manager, Wade Dawson as his time with AMA comes to an end. From his very first day with us back in April 2003, Wade has worked his way through all aspects of the company. He started his journey with Austen Morris Associates as a consultant in our Beijing Office, being promoted to Senior Consultant, Senior Regional Consultant and then the Branch Manager where he recruited and mentored new Consultants as well as finding and introducing new products and Partnerships to AMA. As a direct result of his hard work, leadership and outstanding performance in the Beijing office, he earned his newfound status as Partner and Shareholder.

From Beijing, Wade relocated to Shanghai where he continued to grow and manage his client relationships along with managing a team of Consultants, Business Development Consultants, and his direct support team of PA’s, Admin Assistants and a Client Servicing Manager. During this time, Wade also maintained his status as one of the Top Performing Consultants/Partners of AMA going on to be promoted to Senior Partner. With all these achievements, continued success and promotions what else was there left to do….

In December 2012 the decision was made that AMA would expand its operations to Johannesburg in South Africa, and heading up this major move would be newly appointed Africa Regional Manager & Senior Partner Wade Dawson. We started this journey with Wade in August 2013, and in three years since starting in South Africa Wade successfully recruited and managed a team of Consultants and support staff leading to our expansion in to Cape Town last year.

Wade has proven himself to be diligent and committed throughout everything you have done and you have consistently been an invaluable addition to our team, with countless successes during his time with us. We know he will go on to be remarkably successful in any endeavor that he pursues from here and we cannot wait to see what he achieves.

Congratulations, Wade, on this new exciting phase. We wish you, Camille, Duke and Sienna the very best of luck as you move on to your new adventure in Singapore and we look forward to keeping in touch and maintaining our working relationship with you as you continue as a Shareholder within AMA.

Cheers to 13 extraordinary years!
For and on behalf of everyone at Austen Morris Associates, Greg Morris and James Colclough.
