Austen Morris Associates is recruiting Client Services Manager’s to work in financial planning and wealth management services. The position is based in our Shanghai Head Office and the candidate will be responsible for providing an unprecedented level of service to Austen Morris Associates clients including relationship building, portfolio management and all administration assistance to ensure client satisfaction. Account Managers will be required to utilize our Wealth Management System in order to maintain regular and consistent contact with clients, manage client information and also facilitate portfolio reviews and recommendations.
Account Managers will be responsible for learning and instigating, with the support, guidance and training provided by the portfolio and investment board members, portfolio advice for their clients.
