Austen Morris Associates is recruiting Business Development Consultants to work in financial planning and wealth management services.
The positions are for China, South Africa and Philippines. The candidate will be part of a team working with directly with Senior Consultants, the role involves prospecting appointments leads will be provided. You will receive training with on-going support and development with an opportunity to advance to Trainee Consultant based on performance.
The successful candidate will be ambitious and personable with a proven track record in prospecting and generating new business. Applicants must be at least 24 years of age.

- Probably aged at 24 years+
- Knows how to prospect
- Will work on a commission basis
- Will appreciate the value of a lead
- Willing to listen and be trained
They are offering a package for new recruits that may include:
- Commission only role (draw against commissions can be discussed)
- OTE 25-30K+GBP tax free (depending on your situation & location)
