Austen Morris Associates attended the Shanghai 123 orientation organized by Community Center Shanghai on several Saturdays throughout 2013 and 2014. Each of the events included a half day intensive info-session covering everything from culture shock, pollution, and advice on successfully adapting to the dynamic lifestyle in Shanghai.
The event kicked off with breakfast provided by CCS. Newcomers, expatriate employees and supporting spouses listened to guest speakers and participated in engaging activities. Towards the end of afternoon, there was a chance for the attendees to communicate and network with other expatriates.
Austen Morris Associates help sponsor the event and set up booths and brochures. Evan Michael Rodriguez, AMA Client Service Manager attended the event as a representative. CCS hosts the Shanghai 123 event two times a month in the spring and fall, welcoming new expats and future business partners. Evan say’s “Austen Morris Associates are happy to promote this event, since we’ve been here for nearly twenty years and we like to help new expats secure their financial future.”
