Austen Morris Associates Private Client Property Investment Dinner co-sponsored by Grosvenor and Redev

Thank you to all guests who attended the Austen Morris Associates Private Client Property Investment Dinner on Wednesday 14th September co-sponsored by Grosvenor and Redev. Thank you also to Austen Morris Associates hosts including Property Consultant Regan Richardson, Senior Partners Wade Dawson and Erwin Verschueren, Senior Regional Associate Jon Holand, and Associate Matthew Riddington. The evening was a great opportunity to sample some delicious cuisine paired with various wines from one of the newest venues in town, Cuivre by Michael Wendling. The restaurant is a simple country-style southern French bistro with a modern take, which speaks through both its decor and menu.
The meal started with a warm goat cheese toast and golden bacon tossed into baby spinach arugula salad, roasted almond and honey mustard dressing paired with Domaine Rougeot – Bourgogne Blanc 2009. The second course followed by Cappuccino of black truffle and white bean soup. The main course was Grilled Wagyu beef flank served with shallot and red wine sauce, and French green beans with a side of Mashed Potatoes & French Fries paired with Domaine de Beaurenard – Cote du Rhone Village Rasteau 2008. The dinner finished with Jivara chocolate mousse with shaved white chocolate.
