Happy New Year to one and all!
Welcome back to everyone whether you are in Shanghai, Manila, Cape Town, Johannesburg or anywhere around the world! 2016 has now officially started for Austen Morris Associates and what a year this is going to be.
Although the financial services industry is ever changing, we are happy to report that AMA has come through the considerable changes over the past 2 years with flying colours and has gained further valuable experience, knowledge and understanding in regards to being a market leader within our industry.
Over the past 3 years, through careful planning and everybody’s commitment, the company’s new business model has been successfully instigated to further benefit our existing clients, future clients, all AMA employees and lastly, Austen Morris Associates itself.
We have succeeded mainly due to being ahead of changes in financial regulation, financial products, client servicing standards and the considerable opportunities that “change” brings to any industry, company or individual.
We have now streamlined the entire company, we have reinvented ourselves, our brand and our client servicing department. We have continued to recruit new staff and consultants whilst opening three new offices on two different continents.
This has now led us all into an unprecedented time of stability within our company that now allows us to focus on the next chapter of Austen Morris Associates, and what a chapter it is going to be!
I personally would like to thank each and every client, staff member, and partner for your support, contribution, hard work and above all else, your loyalty to a company that is now approaching its 22nd birthday. Many, many thanks to everyone!
I have no doubt that 2016 will bring its own new set of challenges and rewards to all of us professionally and personally. I also have no doubt whatever those challenges may be we will all, in true AMA fashion, rise to the occasion and enjoy whatever the year has in store for us.
