On Friday the 2nd of July, the Austen Morris Associates Shanghai team took a much deserved day out of the office.
Managing Senior Partner, James Colclough, hosted a team luncheon in a unique setting, one of the city’s most celebrated Culinary School’s Cook In Shanghai.
The team were divided into two groups and were tasked with cooking a huge feast under the supervision and guidance of the ‘cooking class Chefs. They prepared and cooked some of the more popular known Chinese Dishes, Fried noodles, Fried rice, Dumplings, Sweet & Sour Pork, Kung Pao Chicken and Black Pepper Beef, to mention a few.
Ahead of the cook-off, James took some time to review Quarter 2; some highlights included the growth of AMA globally over the last six months and plans for the remainder of 2021, Senior Partner Jon Holand was awarded recognition for the top producer for Q2.
The team all came together for a fun, exciting, and excellent learning experience, and all enjoyed the day!
